LCCS Server Training Program
The Avery Learning Center of the Hessel School House (3206 West Cedar Road, P.O. Box 25, Hessel, Michigan, 49745) is proud to be sponsoring the two-week Server and Bar Training Program for the Les Cheneaux Culinary School as part of its commitment to assisting the arts of the Les Cheneaux community and its mission to ensure the continued prosperity of the area.
This Certificate Program, to be held in the restaurant facility of LCCS, will provide its participants with in depth training in all aspects of hospitality by experts in the field who expect high standards in performance. No one should apply who is not committed to meeting these standards.
Notable Seattle restaurateurs Kent and Cindy Betts with a wealth of expertise in server and bar training will be the lead instructors, assisted by LCCS Executive Chef and School Director Zach Schroeder, along with Northern Michigan University graduate Mary Eberts, who led last year’s Server Program.
This is a rare opportunity for the participants so there is no financial compensation for attendance. It is a costly endeavor for both LCCS and the Avery Learning Center as non-profit educational entities.
A certificate will be awarded at the end of the Program if the student has fully participated.
