LCCS’s Commitment to its Student Chefs
The Les Cheneaux Culinary School and its School Director, Zach Schroeder, have carefully developed the Program to readily qualify our students for culinary-based job placement immediately upon graduation.
To help ensure this, Mr. Schroeder continually encourages each student to develop skills particularly relevant to his or her aptitudes. He follows through in helping to find individual career opportunities for inherent success. To that end, we maintain a database of potential employment opportunities as a service to our students.
