Front of the House Manager – April to September at Les Cheneaux Culinary School.  Service is top priority. Successfully train, lead and supervise all aspects of front of house operations for a small, casual but upscale seasonal restaurant.  Relative restaurant experience is important to achieve sales, labor, food and beverage goals.
