Les Cheneaux Culinary School instructors will show you how to “8-cut” our superb, local farm-raised chickens, and then the different ways of preparing each part to turn into unique and delicious entrees … chicken galantine, chopped livers for pate, Coq au Vin, airline chicken with risotto, chicken lollipops and smoking chicken.
