February 10th       Yeast Breads

Sponsored by the Hessel School House/Avery Arts and Nature Learning Center, LCCS graduate Sandy Bergstrom is the lead instructor for the 2017-18 winter classes, geared to home cooks of all levels of experience.

Having herself been a home cook for many years before attending LCCS's vocational program, Sandy has a real understanding of the limitations of the domestic kitchen and ingredients at hand.  Thus, along with great recipes, she offers her students some of the "tricks of the trade" that she has learned to broaden their knowledge and ensure success.

In the fourth and final class of this series, Sandy will teach students the art of baking yeast breads. Students will explore techniques for both rolls and breads, and will take baked goods and recipes home with them.

All registrations are handled through the Hessel School House.  Payment by check or credit card is required at time of registration.  Cancellation fee prior to 24 hours is $15; no refunds within 24 hours.
